In these parts, even though Democrats still outnumber Republicans in registered voters, they might as well be lumped in with the Green Party, the Libertarian Party and all the other delusional fringe parties.
There's incumbent Harford County Executive David R. Craig, who hasn't made a formal announcement, but would stun many folks if he doesn't seek re-election. And then's Stephen Wright, an activist and gadfly, who says he's running. And then, of course, there are the rumblings of seasoned Republican pols, who are "strongly" considering a run for county executive. We'll see if they have the courage to take on a well-funded, well-organized incumbent, if Craig runs again.
